About Us
At Help Me Sleep, our story began with something simple: exhaustion.
Like many people, we struggled to properly switch off at night. Busy days turned into restless evenings where our bodies and minds felt worn out from the constant pace of life and too much screen time, yet still couldn’t seem to fully rest.
As we spoke with friends, we realised how common it had become. So many others were quietly dealing with the same thing: stress, overstimulation, shallow sleep, and evenings that never felt calm.
We introduced a few simple night‑time rituals — a calming brew, comforting scents, quiet music, gentle skincare, and soft lighting to ease the body into rest.
Over time, those rituals became something we genuinely looked forward to. Sleep began feeling less like a battle and more of a return to stillness.
That experience inspired us to create Help Me Sleep.
More than products, we wanted to share simple rituals that help people slow down, soften the noise of the day, and create space for deeper rest.
Because sleep isn’t only about being tired.
Sometimes it’s about feeling safe enough to truly relax.
We hope these sleep routines can become a natural part of your evenings too. 🌙
Our Philosophy
We believe the way we spend our evenings shapes the way we rest.
HMS was created around the idea of making space at the end of the day to slow down with intention. Not to rush straight from stimulation into sleep, but to allow a gradual transition into rest.
Many of us move through the day in a constant state of input and output. Messages, screens, noise, information, pressure, movement. Even when the body is tired, the mind often continues carrying that momentum into the night.
Our rituals are designed to gently interrupt that cycle.
Not through rigid routines or perfection, but through small repeated moments that encourage presence, grounding, and stillness. Moments that invite us to put devices aside, reconnect with ourselves, and let the energy of the day begin to settle.
We see rest as something we ease ourselves into.
A softer pace. A quieter mind. A calmer space to return to before sleep. 🌙
